Connections

Our exhibition at the Waihi Museum was an exhibition about culture and identity - whakapapa me te whanaungatanga. It stemmed from our learning about “whenua”.

Through this exhibition, students celebrated the relationships and connections between people and across boundaries. We explored how these connections have shaped us all and brought us to this place. Every child in our kura was represented in one of the displays.
